To Make An Appointment or Register For A Class or Clinic:

Call us toll free at 877-623-4987 to schedule an appointment or ask any questions you may have.

If you leave a message on our answering machine, give your name and telephone number or email address and we will     contact you within a 48-hour time period.

Appointments will be scheduled immediately.   Our counselors have a desire to be there for you at your point of need and we realize that many times that point can be urgent. 

After your appointment has been scheduled, you may click here, print out and fill in the Client Information Sheets. Bring those along with you to your Intake Appointment. 

Intake  Appointment                                                              This is the first appointment we will schedule with you.  It will take approximately 20 minutes and gives us the information we need to place you with the counselor and services that are right for you.  Bring your Client Information Sheets and any other information you believe might be useful to your counselor such as copies of test results or reports.

Counseling Sessions                                                                   A counselor will call you within a few days of your Intake and Assessment Appointment  to schedule your first session.  The sessions are one hour long and may be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as is helpful.

Confidential                                                                                 All information you submit and receive is confidential, so feel comfortable in knowing that your concerns will stay strictly between you and your counselor.
